"board 'rockpi4b' not supported!" same for rockpi4a and rockpi4c #23

Following instructions in the README to build U-boot lead to the error in the title

board 'rockpi4b' not supported!

Same for the ROCK 4A and ROCK 4C.

Looking in build/board_configs.sh, it appears the targets are now called rk3399-rock-pi-4b etc.

This also means the instructions at https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/dev/u-boot are wrong / out of date.
