rock-5b supports usb boot #24

我们现在没有 rk3588-rock-5b-u-boot.dtsi。

mainline u-boot dts 是 soc-board-u-boot.dtsi 和 soc-board.dts mainline u-boot dts 不带属性 u-boot,dm-pre-reloc 的。

rockchip u-boot rk3588 evb 也没有 rk3588-evb-u-boot.dtsi 文件。

我们先把 rk3588-u-boot.dtsi 改动挪到 rk3588-rock-5b.dts 吧。
