I.  Issue Description: I am unable to sync with OS X Server CardDav using an 
external URL.

(http://myroundcube.com#contact). Please note that you wont get any help with 
such a poor issue description.

You should check your log files for errors and you should enable carddav_debug 
to check the conversation between the plugin and the carddav server.
