I.  Issue Description:
I am trying to set up the SabreDAV plugin. I have gone through the installation 
steps, however I get stuck here:

SabreDAV Installation and Update Guide
Checking SabreDAV framwork installation

SabreDAV patch files version mismatch
Please copy content of ...

/var/www/roundcube/plugins/sabredav/copy_and_paste

... into the root of your SabreDAV installation. Please review ...

/var/www/roundcube/plugins/sabredav/copy_and_paste/.htaccess

... first. This file contains an example to setup URL rewriting to root all 
requests to index.php. You have to adjust the directives to fit the needs of 
your server yourself. More examples can be found in SabreDAV folder 
./examples/webserver.

I have copied the files exactly and set up the redirection in Apache precisely 
as specified in the .htaccess file. I am quite lost now as to what I should do 
to make this work. Could you lend a hand? Is there any kind of logging I can 
enable to get more debug information out of this?
