[calendar_plus] - dupes #712

I.  Issue Description:

Under some circumstances (I could not determine what these are exactly) the 
calendar outline in the mail overview page duplicates all entries. Today I 
observed this issue when a new mail arrives in the folder I had currently open. 
Maybe any refreshing problem?

As i wrote... "under some circumstances" and I brought an example. Not all 
problems in software world is deterministic, so you also have to do some 
problem analysis...

Bugs only can fixed if they can be duplicated. It works for me. If you see 
dupes then check your settings. I won't investigate this issue anymore.
