I.  Issue Description:
Cannot synchronize carddav addressbook with sabredav framework/plugin.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Open Roundcube, Address Book, Synchronize.

Using Roundcube 0.9.5, SabreDAV 1.8.10
Attaching CardDAV and CARDDAV-timeline output.

The plugin is know to work. Logs say that Roundcube's requests are 
unauthorized. This is a bug tracker and not a support forum. Goto 
http://forum.myroundcube.com.
