[sticky_notes] - Notes disappear if notes IMAP folder does not exist #792

I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Disable the Imap sync setting $config['sticky_notes_imap_folder'] = '';
2. Login with a user having some notes
3. All the notes will disappear

This is not a bug. It is a misconfiguation by you. The plugin requires an 
existing IMAP folder to store the notes in.

You can't disable IMAP sync.
