Revamp and rerelease of Decred is Unique video #15

Description

Improve and optimize original script and video taking into account these items for starters, as well get a full round of community feedback on the script.

-blocks are not rejected when stakeholders vote against them -the hard fork animation is incorrect in that it shows multiple chains running concurrently -the votes only apply to the prior block's proof of work -the proposal site stuff is inaccurate -choosing development teams is not how the process will go

General cryptocurrency audience

Visual style

Animation could be done in a different style, bringing in more resources from the decred design team. (Leaning toward Decred illustrative style)

@raedah here are the changes to the script I made a few weeks ago. https://github.com/raedahgroup/video-production/pull/24/files will probably have to change some of the vocab again but the main changes mentioned above are there.

Voice over is in!

Please download at least the rough cut and let me know what you think. I think she did a great job! Edited together it comes to a 2:50 runtime. If it's too fast it can easily be made longer with artificial pauses through editing. There's possibly some room to shave off a few seconds as well.

Let me know if there are any issues and I can have her do some revisions.

Here is an animatic I put together using @denyszayets 's in progress frame designs to see where we're at. There are a few places I want to add some pauses to the VO. I think we also need to come up with something better to start with as well as a better design for the Pi section.

What are everyone's thoughts on this?

Still some little things that need to be fixed. I am also waiting for an icon from design team for treasury, but, while I wait would love to hear everyone's thoughts on how its coming together so far. I have treated voice over files, sound effects as well as a more simplified version of the song coming to me tomorrow that I will include in the next cut.
