DJ Max Portable 3 Won't open #573

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open your PSP then go to Game 
2. Open DJMAX Portable 3 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just see a black screen but I should see a note infront saying about data 
installation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 2000 6.60 PRO-C2
