--This works when each slot is used with a device-by-id and type option. --Able to restart controller instances by addressing only the service "ubuntu-xboxdrv" --future support for start on udev rules via passing vendor:product pair

BUG?: on hotplug, need to restart service seemingly twice as controllers will not go back to their appropriate instance.
