Add text editor to docker image #39

Please add vi, vim or nano into the docker image. I use block storage and getting access to the volume to edit the config files is a bit cumbersome. This would make it much easier for changing the configuration.

Accepted PR into devel branch. Target that with Docker and you should be good. Will include in 1.2 release.
