Explore the features related to Reforging that were added to RatingBuster for 4.3.4, and determine what is needed to support them in Classic.

The changes from RatingBuster 3.3.5 to 4.3.4 for this are actually very simple: https://github.com/raethkcj/RatingBusterCataDiffs/commit/ffe70f6e096f9cff89a248e5b433cb916e428060

Will wait for a Cata Classic Beta build to check if the relevant frames look the same.
