hangup with message: Waiting for SSH to be available... #7

Running the script swarm-create-aws-sh the script stuck at 

Waiting for machine to be running, this may take a few minutes...
Detecting operating system of created instance...
Waiting for SSH to be available...

If I stop then start again, it detect the machine has been creating and moves to the next one, only to be stuck there again...
