I wanted to learn about how you modeled this project, it talks about NOC but doesn't go into much detail as to the method behind it. Curious to know yours.

hey Andrew this project was abandoned but the structure was used. It would be great to reactivate it with the new NOC 2021 in place

To refresh my memory do you explain or say what NOC is or means here, I'm not seeing where it's referenced and it's not top of mind.
