Application crashes when generating a NCL file without any regions #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project
2. Generate a NCL file

If the NCL doesn't have any regions, then the application crashes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should generate a NCL file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Current version (Jun 9 - 2011)

Version: First (0.1) 
OS: Ubuntu 10.04 - Ubuntu 10.10
