First,thanks to your work on this nice software
I just find out that a 32khz-samplerate-option is missing...
that's a good balance between quality and bandwith
Should it be possible to add this option in the next release?
Because:
- à lot of people doesn't hear the frequencies above 16khz,so why charge the
signal with it?
-Casual microphones such as SM58 &co have only a +/-16khz bandwith
-FM and even DAB broadcast have also a 16khz bandwith...
This 32khz samplerate should allow a higher compression rate and then lower
bitrate without audible audio quality loss.should be useful for users with
low-bandwith internet connection...
