Added Keyboard Commands during MultiThreadedConnector::transfer (...) #80

Hi, I've attached a patch to add Keyboard Control of darkice during the 
MultiThreadedConnector::transfer (...) function.

During transmission (duration = 0), when I press 'q' character Darkice closes 
without being killed by Ctrl+C.
