"Where to run" filter does not work for all "Discussions" pages at least for Comment Formatting Helper #1391

Description I have enabled 5.3. Comment Formatting Helper and a number of its functions to display only on "Discussions" pages, but the UI elements almost never appear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to ESGST settings
  2. Enable 5.3. Comment Formatting Helper and a number of its sub-settings
  3. Within 5.3, set "Where to run it on SteamGifts?" to "Discussions"
  4. Open SG Discussions page: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussions
  5. Open any thread/post
  6. Scroll down to comment input text box.

Expected Behavior Comment input box shows UI controls directly above it for formatting comments.

Console Errors No errors found in console.

To appear inside of discussions you need to use "Discussion", not "Discussions". "Discussions" is the main discussions page with the list of discussions, while "Discussion" is the discussion page with the comments. ESGST also makes this distinction for "Giveaways" and "Giveaway", etc.
