Custom library/wishlist checker #1601

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When checking for possible games to give away as an invite only giveaway to some people which are not part of one group or all on your wishlist it is difficult to check which games they have wishlisted / in their library.

Describe the solution you'd like. It would be nice to have a page like the group/whitelist library/wishlist checker but with an input field to add SteamGifts usernames or SteamIDs (which is easier for you) and get the data for those users.

I assume this was added to 7.2 Group Library/Wishlist Checker. Checking for that I couldn't find information on it in its description but I noticed something else: 7.2.2 is called "Integrate with 1.21 Multi-Manger". Its description says "What does it do? Allows checking a custom list of users provided by 1.21 Multi-Manager." When activating it a pop-up askes to activate Multi Manager if not already activated or not. There it's also called "1.21 ..." There is no 1.21 anymore - Multi-Manager is now 2.21.
