Manage Whitelist / Blacklist Checker caches doesn't show users #1659

Description Opening Manage Whitelist / Blacklist Checker caches just shows an empty whitelist/blacklist checker window and even after clicking on update it doesn't show any users.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/profile?esgst=data-management
  2. Click on open under Manage Whitelist / Blacklist Checker caches
  3. See screen

Expected Behavior Show all users in their corresponding rows

Console Errors nothing in console

Looks like it only happens when opening it from that page. I have the settings menu configured to open as a popup and I can see the users. Will look into it.
