Giveaway Extractor: detect new Jigidi link format #1691

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. The giveaway extractor also detects jigidi links and lists them after the giveaways. In the past jigidi links were either jigidi.com/solve.php?="puzzle-id" or jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle/"puzzle-id"/. Now there's also jigidi.com/solve/"puzzle-id"/

Describe the solution you'd like. Also recognize the new jigidi link format.

Additional Context This also affects Convert all Jigidi links to the "jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle" format.

Actually, there's also jigidi.com/created.php?id="puzzle-id". I'm not sure that format is currently supported, so I figured I'd throw it here as reference.
