Only show Not Received Finder button for won gifts if the user has won gifts marked as not received #910

I'm missing the X button behind "Gifts Sent" for the "Find not received giveaways" feature on some profiles. For example on https://www.steamgifts.com/user/00 I've both buttons but on https://www.steamgifts.com/user/000 the second button is missing. Maybe it's because the button should only be visible if there are some not received giveaways and ESGST seems to be unable to get that number for "Gifts Won" (there is always only a ? for me). ESGST Extension v7.27.0 Firefox v61.

It's normal. It's because some users don't have any not received giveaways. But yes, I should implement the same for the won part.
