Yes, the mXHCD.kext didn't work on Big Sur. Yesterday I tried a lot of things and nothing (genericUSBXHCI.kext too... I think there is a way to rebuild this kext with the last SDK but I can't do it), it's a shame because as you can see in the ioreg screenshot the kext is loaded. photo_2022-01-06_18-05-39 photo_2022-01-07_07-42-52

I found that only this two kext below (from caldigit) make it work on Big Sur (11.6.2) but it gives me random kernel panic until yesterday when I found a guy on a german hackintosh site that said that disabling the kext IOPCIFamily.kext in S/L/E "solve the problem"... now, I don't know if this kext is essential for something else but indeed work... I have to do some other tests but for now it work. if you want to give this a try and see if it crashes on you too (without modify S/L/E), let me know here thanks CalDigit kext.zip photo_2022-01-06_18-34-55

thanks for figuring it out, but currently this hack is dissembled. If I have the time to get it back running, I will give it a try.
