Sadly with Monterey 12.1 it's still missing the wakeup feature in BT-settings:
Has anyone tried the mentioned workaround or found a solution to prevent wake from BT yet?
Although the option is still missing several sleeps later I can say that the BT-reliability after wake has increased significantly. In Addition it doesn't wake on moving the Magic Mouse anymore, so thats fine for me at the moment.
Currently (speaking about Monterey 12.0.1) there are issues with Bluetooth using the (should work ootb) Fenvi FV T919 card. It is not correctly recognized which can be seen from detailed system information:
As already discussed in
MacRumors
Monterey Bluetooth wake issue the option to disable BT devices from waking the Mac is missing in advanced system settings:When Bluetooth stops working after sleep it is not possible to open BT preferences anymore:

the issue is discussed in Bluetooth doesn't work after wake on Monterey thread, but post #19 gives a hint on a workaround that leads to theSleepWatcherTool
of bb's Homepage which might be a temporary fix for wake issues. So far now, until Apple releases version 12.1 of macOS Monterey in hope it will be fixed...
