Line position is not set by `-l` / `--line` #72

-l, --line LINE Place caret on line number after loading file.

When using --line N, the line caret/cursor position is not set to the selected line within VSCode. The line is "revealed", but the caret/cursor is left at the top of the file. So, any keyboard motion causes a visible jump back to the top of the file.
