Feature Request: Blend between presets based on time of the day #343

This way we could have presets for morning, presets for evening etc and blend between them.

Similar idea to what we have with dynamic backgrounds in GNOME.

In preferences it could be a toggle whenever user wants to "blend" between presets and maybe a preset timer
