Feature: Fan sound #350

I would be grateful for a fan sound. I grew up in a "busy" household and still use a desk-fan to drown out noise when sleeping. I wonder if Blanket simulating the fan sound will save energy costs or will it be negligible...

If you have a .ogg file of fan sound, you can press Ctrl+O to add it to your Blanket immediately.
