sidebar: Set background on #sidebar-box instead of #sidebar #707

Mozilla sets the background color on #sidebar-box, not on #sidebar. I'm asking to change this because making #sidebar-header transparent in customChrome.css unexpectedly results in it being a different color from #sidebar.
