Password saving popup's dropdown button does not display correctly

Describe the bug

Password saving popup's dropdown button does not display correctly, it shows only non-text button.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_type_password
2. Click on password(key) icon on top
3. See the middle button is not displaying correctly

Found behavior (dev edition with skin applied)

Expected behavior (default edition with no skin applied)

Setup information

• OS: archlinux
• Installation method: yay package manager, firefox developer edititon, used default firefox for reproducing with no skins.
• Firefox version: 122.0b2
• Theme version: v121
• Optional features enabled: default

Additional context

I've found that v121 from default edition has same issue, and additionally i cannot reach dropdown list well since it's too low-heighted.
