Add GitHub Actions workflow to automatically publish AUR package on release #769

Hi,

Finally got around to tackling #735. I have tested the action in my fork and the current PKGBUILD in AUR is actually published by this action.

A few secrets need to be set up in this repository before the action can work

I set up a dedicated AUR user for this already, but if you want to, you can set up your own account and I can add it as a maintainer for the package.

If you want to, you can give me maintainer permissions on this repo, and then I can set up the secrets for you. Another option is we can communicate the secrets (mainly the SSH private key) over a secure channel so you can set up the secrets on your own.

Looks good. Could we have generate-pkgbuild.sh moved to scripts/?

For the secrets I think you can sent them to me. Any channel of preference?

Great! I have moved the script to the scripts folder.

You can find all of my contact info on my website. Perhaps Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord would be best. Email is supposed to be pretty secure these days as well I guess but I'm not sure about that. You can message me on the platform of your choice and I will reply with the info you need.
