In the new beta version the focus highlight when you click within the url bar has no animation and takes Firefox's normal theme colour instead of the gnome theme one.
Edit 1 (Further information): This is on Firefox's system theme auto. If you use Firefox's built in dark theme the colour of the highlight is darker and closer matches, but still incorrect, and still lacks a fade in and out animation.
