Wrong icon in translate popup #806

Describe the bug The wrong icon is displayed on the translate popup: info instead of setting gear.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to any website that firefox can translate
  2. Open the translate popup from the address bar
  3. Wrong icon

Expected behavior A setting gear icon should be displayed instead of an info icon.
