Add light theme #1

In new VS Code release theme auto-switching was added https://twitter.com/wongmjane/status/1225662931209093121

It works badly for Linux, but they will fix it soon (I hope so) and it could be a good reason to add light theme.

Theres a libadwaita based theme already on the extension store already
