When can I find stable JForum 2.1.9 #10

Hi Rafael, I was looking at jforum.net/download.jsp On the top of the page it says stable 2.1.9 release. But, the bottom of the page has only 2.1.8 version. What are the fixes in 2.1.9 and where can I find this stable version? Thanks.

Ops.. I will fix the page, don't what I messed up. In the meanwhile, you can download from http://jforum.net/jforum-2.1.9.zip

I am assuming the link https://github.com/rafaelsteil/jforum2 is same as the source code link on jforum.net/download.jsp Am I correct? (but I when see the latest_version.txt, I see comments about 2.1.8 in there)

May I also know the fixes/changes introduced in version 2.1.9?

I am going to use V3.0 While i am running the project , there are some bugs v3.0 is final version ?
