UI & OnScreen GamePad can be better #1244

Device model: Poco F5 Android version: Android 13 (MIUI 14.0.6)

Can we utilize notch area (some phone only has small dot for notch)?
Suggestion for Gamepad editor
- Add option to show grid and align to grid make it easier to map buttons
- Maybe we access cfg file to map buttons by value (of course not the default one)

I'd also like to request the Expand to Cutout Area setting to include notch area, I made an overlay (https://github.com/maestrosistema/Nintendo-DS-Overlay) and it would be cool to make use of the whole screen.

Custom .png overlays for buttons would be also cool.

Another nice feature is Snap to Grid for overlay buttons and DS screens. PPSSPP is the best example in this regard with a resizable grid.
