[Suggest] Black theme

[WinUser-Generic]

• Device model: Xiaomi 13T
• Android version: 14

Problem:
There are 2 themes, light and dark, but now most of apps are updating with a third theme, full black backgrounds, and i was wanting to this theme can be applied here too, for me is better in that way get my apps.

Steps to reproduce (if applicable):

1. Open settings
2. Choose a theme
3. Select full black backgrounds
