Pokemon Platinum error #1297

Ok, look.

Everytime I want to connect to wifi in my pokemon platinum save, the game close. When I try to search the wifi, the game crash, and when I try to put it manual, it doesn't work.

I'm using a Samsung J5, the error it's my phone or the emulator??? Thx

I dont think is your phone or your emulator, is more related to your files, are you sure your pokemon platinum is a good dump? are you sure your savegame is valid too? you checked your bios files are good? and for last you check your graphic settings are not so much for your device? Thats the only i can think about you tell.
