causes and issues of video games nintendo DS ROM that I played this game in the emulator MelonDS got slow and crashing! for cell phone weak?

Unfortunately, melonDS is not yet properly optimized for lower end devices like yours. There's nothing that can be done for now since the default settings should provide the best performance. With time, performance should improve.
