I didn't bump the version number. At https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/bumphunter/DESCRIPTION it's 1.13.0 but it's 1.11.6 in GitHub as of https://github.com/ririzarr/bumphunter/commit/17eac01a3dd57ba8d496b6687bc55fcb29bea54d#diff-35ba4a2677442e210c23a00a5601aba3R2

I believe that this was taken care of outside this PR.
