Hi,
If possible, could you please port bumphunter version 1.17.2 (currently bioc-devel) to bioc-release?
I submitted a workflow to Bioconductor that depends on the bumphunter functions currently available in 1.17.2. It all works great using bioc-devel, but the Bioconductor workflow builder currently only uses bioc-release (details at https://github.com/Bioconductor/Contributions/issues/421). As a temporary solution, I modified my workflow to run with bioc-release by manually building a data.frame with the bumphunter results that I need for other parts of the code (details at https://github.com/LieberInstitute/recountWorkflow/commit/7971b2c698197597707ce8cd7d0cc4cbc92a72e2).

If you transfer your repo to use the newly release git.bioconductor.org (see https://github.com/Bioconductor/bioc_git_transition/tree/master/doc) you can merge the master branch (bioc-devel, version 1.17.2) to the RELEASE_3_5 branch (version 1.16.0), manually fix the package version number in the DESCRIPTION file (to 1.16.1), and push the changes. This process is described at https://github.com/Bioconductor/bioc_git_transition/blob/master/doc/scenario-10-bug-fix-in-release-and-devel.md.

DESCRIPTION
This issue will become obsolete once Bioconductor 3.6 is released in mid/late October 2017.
Thank you! Leo
