Chapter 13, Section 13.4 #12

This is not really an issue, but rather a request: a reference or two to textbooks on hierarchical statistical models would be great. The material corresponding to all previous references to a statistical textbook for further details about a concept can be easily found in a standard textbook. This one is a bit more specialized, and finding the relevant material not so easy...at least for me.
