Chapter 12, section 12.1, mistake in last paragraph #9

The paragraph just before the start of subsection 12.1.1 reads: "but it ss because". Obviously, it should be "but it is because"

Thanks! I made the change to the qmd file and it will appear in the html after next time we build the book.
