Repeated portals on tables/portals.txt problem #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running openkore in a server that uses that file. (like 
ro.openkore-brasil.com)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file doesn't load, parsePortals on src/FileParses.pm is checking for for 
repeated lines, but instead of ignoring the repeated line it exists the program 
with an error. (a mistype, perhaps)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r22 (Windows 7, 32 bit, ActivePerl 5.12)

Please provide any additional information below.

Repeated lines:
#1916 um_fild02 373 148 um_fild03 32 145
#2295 ve_fild06 153 220 veins 218 355

Fixed with r24 and r25.
Please note that advanced portals features introduced with betakore won't work 
until manually added (but they are already implemented in 
tables/bRO/portals.txt)
