blogger post silently fails? #16

I tried the blogger post example and it silently failed.  Maybe because I 
was logged into a different account in which the blog I specified doesn't 
exist?

Yes, failing to specify a valid blog title will silently fail. I'll change it 
to print an error message.

r154 introduces a custom exception to handle this. It should be caught 
everywhere applicable - I quickly tested all the tasks, but further 
verification would be nice.
