-u not persistent? #24

Today googlecl keeps asking me for a username.  Seems like before it used to 
remember what I typed in last time.

r179 re-added persistent usernames, but on a per-service basis. Let me know if 
this feels natural/good/instructive, or if a sweeping generalization should be 
made.
