Add msdf-gdx and libgdx-kotlin-template #15

I added two of my projects:

msdf-gdx - Provides lightweight utilities to draw high-quality MSDF (multi-channel signed distance field) text on LibGDX.
libgdx-kotlin-template - Template project for libGDX using Kotlin and Kotlin gradle DSL.

I hope this is awesome enough and that you don't my the self promotion.

Would you mind splitting the issue in two though, one for each project? This will make the merge process easier and faster.

msdf-gdx looks incredible and I think it should be included in the list. The only confusing part is how to create a font, but keep an eye on @guichazan's work as he's working on an app that simplifies this process. It will be great for both libraries to work together (or at least mention each other in their READMEs) once it's released.

About the PR, please change LibGDX in msdf-gdx's description to libGDX. 😄

I just opened two separate pull requests, is that what you needed?

Yes I'm aware that the process isn't very straightforward, I might make some script to improve that soon.
