Add Box2D editor #47

My version of the library provides maven central release of the runtime and a prebuilt binary of the editor.

It's good to see this app having some love again, after being abandoned for oh so many years! I tested the v3.0.0 release and noticed some serious issues and unstable behavior though, just by playing around with some textures and auto-tracing.

I think this editor would be a great addition to the list, but it needs to mature a bit more and become more reliable.
