Adding gdx-notifications #6

Thanks for your contribution! Unfortunately this library doesn't seem to be used by a lot of people, and as far as I understand, is very similar to gdx-dialogs, which is already in the list.

gdx-notifications creates system tray notifications. Here are some example images: image image image That's not what gdx-dialogs does. @rafaskb

You're right, gdx-notifications and gdx-dialogs are very different, I'm sorry about the confusion. I did try gdx-notifications in my own game though and couldn't get it to work at all, I opened a few issues in the repository. Instructions to get it working were confusing and hard to understand, I suggest some clarification to the README file.

I'm closing this PR again until these issues are fixed and the library works properly.
