Trying to run dwt_sym on multiple threads cause crash #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a program that calculates a dwt_sym on more than one thread
2. Crashes when attempting fftw plan creation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win 7, VS2008, version ?

Noted. I will address this and other issues with VS2008 implementation of the 
library in the next release.
