Moodle-player won't run in Firefox.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding a new .mp4 to my files in the course site
2. Attempt to play the video by pressing play
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the playing of the video.  When I press play nothing 
happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am running Moodle 1.9 and I have tried on both Windows XP SP3 and OS X.6

Please provide any additional information below.
My videos work when I run the following browsers:
- Safari
- Chrome
My videos won't work when I run the following browser:
- Firefox
